Onion Dye Kit

This is the kit for you, whether you’re taking my online Onion Dyeing workshop or you want to experiment at home!

The kit includes:

• 30-33g dried onion skins
• 1 tsp (about 5.7g) iron mordant (ferrous sulfate)
• 10 g (22 yards) mini-skein of worsted weight 100% wool yarn
• 100% silk hankerchief
• A handout explaining how to use the kit
